Returns & Refund Policy

You can return an item to us if: 

  • It is faulty 
  • It is incorrectly described 
  • It is different from a sample shown 
  • It does not do what we said it would do 
  • It is not of an acceptable quality 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase because of these, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value, be it similar or not or refund 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Golphin Ltd Online Store: 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

Only items that have been purchased directly from Golphin Ltd. through the Golphin Ltd. Online Store can be returned to: Golphin Ltd, Unit 11 Ailsa Business Park, Ailsa Road, Irvine KA12 8LN. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Online returns or replacements can only be processed through the original shipping/billing address.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase. 

Please return your item with your name, order number and the reason for your return within 15 days from the date you received it. 

For example: 

John Smith Order number: 00001 Wrong size – need smaller size. 

Golphin Ltd will not be held responsible for costs for the Postage and Packaging back to Golphin Ltd. of items for Returns or Exchanges. Customers will have to Return or Exchange items at their own cost. 

We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning or exchanging a product.
