With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing rapidly and in constant change, I wanted to share GolPhin’s perspective and plans to ensure business continuity and customer support.
Firstly, we hope you, your families and friends are safe and well. These unprecedented times will test the very best of our resolve, resilience and our abilities to keep life as normal as possible.
Although children’s golf will not be the top of all of our priorities right now, we want you to know that as far as possible, it is business as usual for Team GolPhin, with our full product and MyPathway2Golf customer services intact.
With my team largely working remotely in the safety of their homes, shipping of product may take a few days extra over the coming days and weeks. We apologise in advance for this slight inconvenience.
Regarding MyPathway2Golf, we are trying all that we can to support you and the kids who have onboarded to our exciting new app.
In fact, where we find adversity, we also find resolve and innovation. We are currently innovating new ways to keep kids as safe, happy and active as possible during these difficult times, especially with this week's announcement regarding school closures.
Please therefore keep a watchful eye on our social media feeds in the coming days and weeks, where starting from Monday 23rd March you will see some exciting new information regarding ideas and activities for kids and families to try out at home.
Until then, we wish you all a safe and healthy passage through these difficult times. Before we know it, the summer shall be upon us and perhaps we can look forward to new perspectives and attitudes towards the environment and society in general.
